Outlined below is our Payment Schedule for 2012-2013 Season:

• 8 May 2012 = 1st Installment Due. Amount: $500 or more
• 12 June 2012 = 2nd Installment Due. Amount: $500 or more
• 24 July 2012 = 3rd Installment Due. Amount $500 or more
• 4 Sept 2012 = 4th Installment Due. Amount $500 or more
• 16 Oct 2012 = 5th Installment Due. Amount $500 or more
• 15 Jan 2013 = 6th Installment Due. Balance of Your Team Account.

Total Full Year Cost: $3,000

Please note that you have two options in making your installment payment:

a) By Cash
If so, please approach Hardy Vargas or Scott Culpitt.
A receipt can be issued to you upon request.

b) By Electronic Transfer

As per the Annual General Meeting last Tuesday, 1 May 2012, it was decided to extend the 10% discount offer until the 3rd installment. Meaning, you can get the 10% discount on the remaining balance if you pay it by the 3rd installment due date. If you did it for the first installment you get $300 off. If you pay it on your third installment after completing the first two ($1200 in total), you only get $180 off, as the balance of your account by the time the third installment is due is $1800. So the 10% discount is applied to the balance of the account at the time. This was to give teams more time to come up with the fees.
